NURSERY KIDS IN OFFICIAL WEAR
A WELCOME FROM THE PROPRIETOR
Learning Ladder as a set of schools is an institution that was created to meet the increasing need to improve the educational standards of Cameroon to meet 21st century human resource needs. Since its creation in 2010, it has grown tremendously. When we opened our doors in 2010, we had 5 kids. by 2015 our population had increased to 1000 kids due to our successful program. since the, we have been able to maintain this population till present. The primary school alone boasts of 50 teachers and a series of contractors constantly helping to increase the employment rate in Cameroon. Our hands on learning and the use of technology as well as the introduction of variant learning methods is incomparable to any other school in Cameroon. Our primary school has consistently scored 100% in state exams since its inception till present.
Our secondary school was opened in 2020 with 50 students and later became a boarding school in 2021 registering 150 students. our dormitories are of the highest standards holding a maximum of 5 students of the same age and class per dorm.
our first batch sat for the GCE in 2023 and scored 100% with amazing grades. We are constantly innovating. However, feel free to look at what we have to offer now and our prospects for the future. We promise you that you won't regret putting you young one into our care.

As such parents just need to watch pupils carry out tasks, they don't need to do the work for them or teach them
-
upper primary pupils are given a story book every two months to help them with vocabulary build up , composition and comprehension.
-
pupils are expected to watch a story video every Friday and get to write a narrative in their own words over the weekend.
-
pupils carry out Friday tests which involves the weeks work. this is to test pupils understanding, enabling the teacher to either revise the week's lesson or move on to the next lesson the next week.
-
Video lessons are placed in the parents forum during every new lesson on maths and English. Maths and English board exercises are snapped and displayed in the parents forum for each class daily
